We are coaches who Help you feel safe in your own system — and rewrite the story beneath the surface.

We know how hard it can be to hold it all together when something inside feels scattered, shut down, or stuck in overdrive. That’s why our work begins with meeting you right where you are — not to fix, but to listen, to witness, and to gently explore what’s been living underneath the surface.

We draw on tools that understand your biology, not blame it.

Using neuroscience-informed and somatic practices, we work with the nervous system, not against it — helping you restore safety, soften hypervigilance, and settle the overwhelm that’s been quietly shaping your life.

We incorporate breath, movement, and body awareness to support regulation and reconnection — so you can begin to trust your own rhythms again.

Sara Lebow

RTT® Therapist | Trauma & Grief Coach | Parenting & Family Specialist

For more than two decades, Sara has walked alongside individuals and families through the deep waters of grief, trauma, and life transitions. Her work weaves together Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), hypnotherapy, somatic trauma practices, and compassionate coaching to help clients uncover the stories and survival patterns that no longer serve them — and gently replace them with new pathways toward safety, meaning, and self-trust.

Sara’s approach is deeply relational and grounded in both professional expertise and personal understanding. Having experienced profound loss and the complexity of generational trauma herself, she creates a safe and non-pathologizing space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their own healing journeys.

Coaching vs. Therapy

While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented.

It clarifies goals, builds new skills, and supports change in present and future patterns.

While we sometimes explore the impact of past experiences to inform growth, coaching—following International Coaching Federation (ICF) principles—remains present- and future-focused and complements, never replaces, therapy or medical care.
