Meet Your Practitioner, Jennifer ross
APSATS CPC | Certified Life Coach (CLC, MCLC, ICF Pathway), | Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT® Practitioner, US) | Certified Hypnotherapist |
Your story matters. Here’s mine.
The road to this work began long before any credential. Before I started my APSAT, RTT® and trauma-informed coaching certifications, I had already faced grief, betrayal, identity rupture, and burnout. I know what it’s like to appear strong on the outside while quietly unraveling on the inside.
Therapy became the turning point. For me, healing wasn’t a single breakthrough — it came in layers. Over time, I worked through patterns of codependency, addiction dynamics, and generational trauma, and began to rebuild my life with clarity and self-trust.
Before becoming a practitioner, I built a long career in high-pressure corporate and entrepreneurial environments. That experience deepened my understanding of performance, burnout, and the hidden costs of holding it all together — themes that now inform how I support clients.
Today, I integrate lived experience with professional training as an RTT® therapist and trauma-informed coach, with APSATS certification in progress. My work focuses on supporting individuals and families navigating grief, betrayal, and relational trauma — creating space for safety, truth, and a return to self.
What Do My Certifications Mean?
I hold multiple certifications that reflect both my professional training and my commitment to safe, evidence-informed care:

My own experience includes being part of a non-traditional family structure, which informs my inclusive and nonjudgmental approach to family work. I believe healing is possible in every kind of family—whatever its shape or story.
-
Yes. Everything I offer, I’ve first lived and practiced myself. For over 20 years, I’ve done deep therapeutic work—from group therapy and EMDR to psychodrama, family intensives, and 12‑step recovery. I’ve walked through addiction dynamics, partner and family betrayal, caregiving burnout, and the treatment journey multiple times within my own family system.
This isn’t theory to me. I know these tools from the inside out—and that’s why I’m committed to using them with integrity, compassion, and care.
