Meet Your Practitioner, Jennifer ross
APSATS CPCv-c | Certified Life Coach (CLC, MCLC, ICF Pathway), | Certified Hypnotherapist, RTT® Practitioner in NYC, RTT Therapist Worldwide
Your story matters. Here’s mine.
Long before I trained in APSATS, RTT®, and trauma-informed ICF coaching, I was learning what it means to rebuild from the inside out. My path has moved through loss, betrayal, family rupture, and reinvention — experiences that now inform every part of how I hold space for others.
I know what it’s like to keep everything together on the surface while feeling disoriented beneath it. Healing for me didn’t arrive as one breakthrough. It came in layers — through therapy, recovery, and the slow work of unlearning patterns of codependency, survival, and disconnection.
Before becoming a practitioner, I built a long career across high-intensity industries and leadership roles. That season taught me how ambition and burnout often coexist — and how easily we lose our voice while meeting everyone else’s expectations.
Today, I integrate lived experience with evidence-based training in RTT®, trauma-informed coaching, Hypnotherapy, and APSATS partner-trauma education (in certification). My work centers on helping individuals and families navigate grief, relational trauma, and the aftereffects of betrayal — creating steadiness, clarity, and a deeper return to self.
What Do My Certifications Mean?
I hold multiple certifications that reflect both my professional training and my commitment to safe, evidence-informed care:

Yes. Everything I offer, I’ve first lived and practiced myself. For over 20 years, I’ve done deep therapeutic work—from group therapy and EMDR to psychodrama, family intensives, and 12‑step recovery. I’ve walked through addiction dynamics, partner and family betrayal, caregiving burnout, and the treatment journey multiple times within my own family system.
This isn’t theory to me. I know these tools from the inside out—and that’s why I’m committed to using them with integrity, compassion, and care.
