Meet Your Practitioner, Sara Lebow
Certified Grief Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, RTT® Practitioner in NYC, RTT Therapist Worldwide, APSATS CPC-Candidate
I Don’t Just Practice This Work. I’ve Lived It.
Like many of the people I now support, I’ve carried grief without a name and navigated trauma that left more questions than answers. I understand how it feels to appear composed on the outside while quietly hurting inside.
Through study and personal healing, I’ve cultivated a compassionate, neuroscience-informed practice rooted in trusted and trauma-responsive approaches. I’m trained as an RTT® therapist, hypnotherapist, and trauma-informed coach, and I am an APSATS CPC- Candidate in certification ( not in bold) in betrayal and relational trauma. My work weaves subconscious reprogramming, attachment theory, and somatic awareness to support deep, lasting transformation.
I walk alongside individuals, parents, and families navigating loss, trauma, and complex transitions—helping them rebuild trust, strengthen emotional safety, and reconnect to themselves and one another with authenticity, courage, and care.
Today, I offer a calm, grounded space where you don’t have to perform or pretend. Together we look beneath old patterns — whether grief, anxiety, self-doubt, or the lingering echo of unmet needs — and create pathways toward steadiness, connection, and a renewed sense of self.
What Do My Certifications Mean?
I hold multiple certifications that reflect both my professional training and my commitment to safe, evidence-informed care:
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. I am not a licensed therapist and do not diagnose or treat clinical mental health conditions. I am a certified coach and hypnotherapist, offering non-clinical, trauma-informed support.
-
I work with adults who are emotionally intelligent, often high-functioning, and deeply aware that something inside still needs tending. My clients include those navigating grief, trauma, burnout, the attachment wound, or a general feeling of disconnection. I also support parents who are striving to show up more consciously for their children—often while healing from the absence or loss of their own nurturing. In addition, I work with individuals and families moving through betrayal trauma and other relational ruptures, helping them find grounding, rebuild trust, and reconnect to a sense of safety and self.

Yes. I work with clients worldwide via Zoom, and in-person sessions are available in New York City by request.
