What Is RTT®

RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. It helps you access the part of your mind quietly calling the shots: your subconscious. In a calm, focused state, we help uncover and resolve emotional blocks quickly and effectively. Through guided imagery, targeted language, and evidence-based techniques, we work to rewire old belief patterns so your mind can align with how you want to feel and function.

How RTT® Works

We begin by slowing the mind, just enough to access what’s been running in the background. That’s where old wiring lives: the beliefs you didn’t choose but have been living by. In that quieter space, we follow the pattern back, not to relive it, but to understand it, shift it, and explore it further

“I’ve made real progress working with RTT”

For years, I’ve struggled with weight loss, often feeling overwhelmed by cravings and self-doubt. Then I began listening daily to the specially designed recordings.

Over time, I’m finally beginning to see significant changes—not just on the scale, but in my overall wellness. The daily recordings helped me cultivate healthier habits and reduce emotional eating, while helping to build my self-confidence. Sara’s compassionate approach and expertise made the process both empowering and transformative. I can now embrace a lifestyle that supports not only weight loss but a sense of self-worth.

Meet Jennifer Acker, LCSW, Sara, and Jen — CERTIFIED RTT® THERAPISTS WORLDWIDE & PRACTITIONERS IN NYC

We came to RTT® first as clients, then as clinicians. We know the power of uncovering the root of a belief that has been quietly shaping your life, often for years.

We each came to RTT® after years of traditional therapy that offered support but didn’t always reach the core. This method did. That’s why RTT® is now at the heart of what we offer: deep, efficient, and compassionate transformation.

Today, we work with clients across the globe online, and in person in New York City, where we are recognized as Certified RTT® Practitioners. Globally, we are Certified RTT® Therapists — helping people rewrite old beliefs, reconnect with their inner truth, and access the healing that’s been waiting underneath.

  • While CBT works at the conscious, cognitive level, RTT® works at a deeper emotional and neurological level.

  • No, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) are distinct methods, but they share a common goal: helping the brain and body process and resolve trauma.

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (often through eye movements or tapping) to help clients access and reprocess traumatic memories stored in the nervous system.

RTT® also works with the subconscious mind to process unresolved emotional experiences — but instead of using eye movements, it uses a relaxed, focused state (similar to hypnosis) to access the root of emotional and behavioral patterns. Clients are then guided through regression, reprocessing, and reframing, followed by neurolinguistic reconditioning to support long-term integration.

Both EMDR and RTT® bypass the analytical mind to reach deeper, emotionally charged material — making them especially effective when traditional talk therapy hasn’t been enough.
