We understand the real-life complexity of parenting—how old patterns can resurface even in the most loving families.

Together we bring decades of clinical expertise, family-systems coaching, and personal lived experience to help parents and caregivers create homes grounded in trust and calm.

As Certified RTT® practitioners, ICF-accredited and APSATS-trained coaches, and (for Jennifer Acker) licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with advanced training in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Mother Hunger work, we guide parents and caregivers through everyday challenges—from sibling conflict and school stress to establishing consistent routines and repairing communication breakdowns.

Our work blends practical tools, nervous-system awareness, and compassionate insight so that families can feel supported and children can thrive.

How Family Coaching in NYC Works
